Return Eligibility

- All original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival:

- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with:

- The reason for your return
- Photos of the item (if it is damaged or incorrect)
If your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photographs of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was delivered.
